Yes I know, but also because our Mudhuggers aren't long enough. Existing installation just given up the ghost after a few years sterling service and dry bum, so time to hack up a new 2.2L milk container and attach with gaffertape.

Reinforces that tramp vibe, alongside the hyperlight cableties/gaffer bottle cage and velcro bar bag holder (harness too weighty).

Work of art that Reg. You should apply at Mudhugger, no?

Alternatively just make the whole guard out of milk containers and cableties and save your money.

I'm not proud of getting milk in containers instead of bottles but nobody left round here I don't think . Also, I tried making the extension out of glass bottles but it didn't work quite as well.

I must say, that I find a mere 4" extension to be entirely adequate...to my mudhugger....
