Normally I use SRAM, Swisstop or even Evans pads, but I need some tomorrow and wondered if anybody has used any"unknown" ones from Amazon that I can have delivered tomorrow when I actually need them.

Anything good or bad about Alphatrail, tinshow, GERUIEN,Gments, KREMORV.

Are swissstop and topbrake still work the double price?

Got to Order ASAP

Dunno about Amazon pads, however, I've used Clark and Uber pads, and whilst they are much cheapness, they burn out much easier than genuine Shimano or Hope. So they will probably do in a pinch but treat them as temporary.....

I'd forgotten about this until just a couple of months back when I fitted some 'random' pads I had in the parts bin. They turned out to be from the same batch as before and exactly the same thing happened, luckily close by to a bike shop where I bought some regular Shimano ones. Mentioning this on the socials, it seemed to be a known issue with non-brand name pads.

I ended up being a bit more patient and ordering some yellow swisstop ones as they were on special at www.certini.co.uk/

I'll do the full clean, brakes drivetrain swap and tyre replacement at the weekend. I will then have no bike excuses not to ride it just medical ones!!
