Any suggestions for side sleepers?

I've used both, the Loop seem better at staying in my ears.

Over the years I've tried loads or different brands that I've got free from various factories and construction site through my work (I'm a side sleeper to)

The best I've ever used and I've recently bought in bulk are the yellow and pink Howard Leight Laser Lite Ear Plugs

My tip is to wear them for a few days before your trips so you get used to them in your ears before your next adventure

Whichever ones you decide on, try to get some that are corded, as they're easier to keep track off if you take one out..

Jen has loop ones and they seem to work as she can hear me anymore. Plus you can send them back for a refund if you don’t like them.

Free foam.
Visit your favourite band at a concert and grab two pairs of foam plugs. (Or just buy them at kiosk/ pharmacie/grocery.)
Roll them between thumb and finger, pull ear back/down, push plug in until you feel it tickles your brain. This way it definately wont fall out

I've found that the 'ribbed' style is much more effective than the single plug type and far better than the squishy type. Also has a string if desired and obviously washable and re-useable many times rather than throwaway. Can get similar orange ones in B&Q etc but they're not quite as good.

Still going strong and I use them a lot. I'm quite a light sleeper, so take them everywhere with me and use them at home in the summer when we need the windows open at night. The little case is really useful for bikepacking/travelling.

I'm also a side sleeper.

Blue Tack. Warm it up a bit in tbe usual fashion- use a big blob so it’s easier to retrieve.

I use the laser lites that john mentioned. Use them on motorbike and camping but sometimes they have fallen out while camping, but usually i dont notice until the morning.

Completely unhelpful, but I just remove my hearing aids. Can't hear much with them, can't hear anything without them

After years of using crap foam ones and having a very snorey wife I went to a local audiology shop and got molded ones.

I've had them about three years now. Absolutely fabulous.

Possible disadvantage, I get sore ribs in the morning when the alarm goes off and I don't hear it. Odd. Not quite sure why.
