Is that section pretty rideable, or hike a biking? Thanks!

Once you cross the footbridge over the Nethy there's not much easy riding until you are most of the way down Glen Derry. How much hike-a-bike is down to your skill levels but there'll be quite a bit.

Just to add to Bobs comments, it's a fair old climb up to the shoulder of Bynack Begg but on a good path. The descent is pretty rough but rideable. Then it's a boggy bit through the corrie and a very rocky climb out. The descent following has also been done up and mostly rideable. Then the fun begins..... Bits are 'rideable' to the Fords but it's more a case of ride if you like that kind of thing or else walk, it won't make much difference to speed. After the Fords it gets progressively rougher until the last k which is totally unrideable unless your name is Danny. From Lairig an Laoigh down Glen Derry is a hoot!
