Hi, if you are a Premium OS maps subscriber please can you check yours for me?
I don't seem to be able to upload GPX files to routes on my phone any more.
Have you got this function to be able to upload GPX's via your phobe app?.
Or is it just me?
Or am I missing a secret function that's been changed and I don't know about now?
Cheers

From OS maps, they say
“On your mobile device select the gpx file and select 'Open with', then select OS Maps”
https://osmaps.com/help?categoryId=routes&itemId=52
I can’t see an option on their app to click that says import, which seems a little daft to me

I'm failing to find a way of uploading a gpx track from the phones memory. I only use the PC app for doing this....
Try dropping them a line or when it asks you to rate the app, put a comment up describing the issue - they are very good at getting back to you and solving issues.

Update.
I was told
Download the GPX
Go to the download
Open it with OS Maps
Job done
Unfortunately, that hasn't worked on mine just now.
Looks like I'm have to call their tech help one day

That’s what I posted above?
Are you on iPhone or other as I read OS App is best with iPhone - not sure how try that is
Anyways, a cheat around it is to open up your browser on your phone (not in mobile view) and use the desktop version that way. I’ve done that before with some sites

Because I like buying maps, buy said map, download it from the scratch off code and then I have both versions for about £10
I’m wary of buying anything too expensive in digital format, been stung too many times buying something and then the format can’t be crossed over (ie music formats, digital films etc etc), so happy to pay for it each year
Although saying the above, just saw you can buy it per year now, is that a new option? That could definitely tempt me

I tbi k they have always done annula but my 20 yesr old version ocassionally has new estates* on roads but off road its still fine.
Not really sure how memory map could deprive me of my lifetime copy. Its not like they can remove the files from my phones/ lqptop or the app ( memory map have ne er sold things kff but does not get a lot of love ( though your get a digital copy free explains your case.)
