Hey im just building up my Troll frameset and have got to installing my brakes (BB7s)

It appears I need a 'surly caliper adapter' to attach the rear brake, should this have come with my frame set? (some other forums suggest that Troll/Ogre framesets come with the part). Ive tried google and cant find any for sale in the UK but have found them on US sites for 6-8 Dollars. Anyone have a secret source for the part?
