Feeling like and old man. Can't bend over fully and have to huff and puff to get of the sofa. Any stretching guides out there? It would be nice to touch my toes again

I have this book.

I'd recommend it - could be more in depth blah blah blah, but it was good for my level where I just want to look up stretches.

I also have a foam roller. I recommend one of those too.

A bit of yoga or pilates would also help both with stretching you out and strengthening your core to stop you feeling like an old man next time :)

I've got the Bob Andersen one. Don't use it much but then train twice a week anyway which does quite a lot for stretching etc.

I suspect I'm always going to be a heavyweight
