I am looking at doing the Trans Cambrian Way over 2-3days on/after the up coming August bank holiday.

Pace will be relaxed but I hope to complete it in 2 days if possible and catch a train from Dovey Jct. Bivvi with pub grub / take away in towns if we hit them at the right time.

I think I'll be one day behind you. I'm going to ride down from Caenarvon to Machynlleth on the 26th and then try to do the route in 2 days. From Knighton I was going to road ride down to Weston Super Mare to try to then do the Wessex Way.
