I'm looking for a decent small 29er hardtail frame for my 5'5 wife. She has a Specialized Rhyme (150mm full sus) in Small that's a good fit, so looking for similar geo... Stack 590, reach 388, ETT 558, HTA 68-69ish, STA 73-74ish and a stand over that works for relatively short legs

Must have rack mounts as we need to attach an accessory that uses a rack.

We are not looking to spend too much, but want a decent frame in good condition. Something like a Sonder Frontier, good condition steel frame from someone like Surly or OnOne or Cotic, that type of thing, or if possible a Ti frame, but that's probably out of budget

Any one looking to offload something similar?
