Do I need to take a tarp and Bivi out with me this weekend for the WRT?
Bike is loaded up minus food and water and there aint much room left.
Any one recommend any nice food to take too, which is add water and hay presto you have nice food?

Not if you're staying in a B&B or taking a tent
In all honesty ... where are you thinking of kipping? Are you hoping to sleep outside and take a gamble on good weather? Wondering if you could find a bus stop or some other shelter? Hoping to follow the Shropshire lads to a lock in?
For food, it's hard to beat instant custard for smile factor :D

We are planning to camp out in woods on all nights. The tarp is just there because it will make it more comfortable if it's chucking it down.
So far got instant porridge for breakfast thats it

Well, so far the forecast shows it dry for Sat and Sun night so you might be in luck BUT there's no way I'd trust the fickle Welsh weather if I wasn't at least carrying a bivvy bag.
My own preference would be a tarp rather than a bivvy bag if I were to just carry the one item. If you haven't got a tarp then pop down the DIY shop and get a poly dust cover. It'll easily last a couple of nights.
If you've no room for food I'd try and pick it up along the way, shops, cafes, petrol stations, etc and carry enough for the next meal.

I've a DD hammocks tarp which I used last time I wild camped on the bike, but we were on roads.
I've just taken my loaded bike for a quick ride around the park, wondering if I have enough small gears for when it goes up hill. I"m on a cross bike with a mountain bike chain set and a 29 cassette at back.
Are there pubs shattered around mid wales? on the middle part where all the coordinates seem to end across roads in the middle of no where. (lots of middle bits there)

OS mark every pub on the maps. Most areas of population will have a pub ... whether it'll be open is a different matter

Oi! We'll still be carrying a selection of bivvy bags, tarps and tents.
Although this is proving useful...
