Seems like ages ago when I first put together my lightweight cookset and then decided it could be lighter. I have eventualy got round to finishing it and it weighs in at exactly 100g on my crappy kitchen scales.
I remade the pot stand from thin sheet aluminium to match the popcan stove so it is shorter in height (the original stand was designed for a trangia) which also lead to the windshield being shorter, I then realized that if you curved the pot stand components instead of having them straight you could make them shorter in length, an aluminium foil base plate was added to reflect heat up and insulates the burner from the ground. The base plate fits inside the aluminium foil lid and as both have lips on they hold the windshield in place and everything still fits in the pot.
600ml, not sure of exact burn time but will cook pasta 'n' sauce or savoury rice without refill or heat it to the boil (then put in an insulated pour n store to continue cooking) with enough fuel left to make a brew, pot stand works fine thank you Mr Nosey Parker .
Thanks Stu, I did build one once but it burned really hot so I couldn't simmer on it (this was before using insulated pour n store method) and it just drank the meths like an alki on whizz. I think I made it too small but i'll give it another go.

It'll burn cooler if:
There's more jets and/or bigger diameter ... will also increase fuel use though.
The internal volume of the outer chamber is increased.
