Now sold
(I hope as I've just ordered my new bike of Shona at Keep Peddling)
Got a deposit to hold it and another buyer waiti g if it falls through.
Cheers,
The wife says one bike in one bike out, and I've fallen in love with a midlife crisis bike, so this one needs to go to make room for it.
So my Titanium Travers 29er medium sized MTB has to go as it never gets used
The latest edition of the frame costs £1,999 https://www.traversbikes.com/store.html ... y=15761034
Size - I'm 5'8" with a 31" inside leg
It makes for the perfect lightweight, strong, bike for life, maintenance free, XC race, Bike packing 29er, fast commuting bike for road or trails.
The forks are Lauf TR Boost (£890) 60mm of trail absorbing suspension https://www.laufcycling.com/product/lau ... rrency=gbp
The light green wheels are super lightweight carbon Nextie rims with Schwalbe Big One tyres for beach riding or fast road or grave routes.
I'm selling it with the darker green Stans tubeless rimmed wheel set for MTB riding, these come with an Maxxis Ardent tyre on the front and a WTB Weirwolf on the back.
Both wheel sets have Hope Pro4 front hubs and American Classic rear hubs.
So, it's a bike for speed, for bike packing and for XC trails with its easily upgradable 2 x 9 Shimano XT groupset.
SPD's, BB7's (the bike packers favourite ;-) ) and it comes with a Thompson stem and Thompson seat post too.
The bike will come with either On One Mary bars (shown in the bottom of the photo) or On One Geoff bars (an aluminium copy of the Jones bars) and a 198g lightweight race saddle (also shown in the bottom of the photo)
Prices for the everything above is £1500
The bike as shown in the photo comes with Jones Carbon Loop Bars £399 and a Brooks Cambuim C17 saddle £95
I will need to re buy these if the bike is to stay at it is so I'm asking £1500 plus the prices for these 2 items in full - £1994*
£4 cheaper than just the frame on its own.
