Route help needed please

I've had an idea to take the wife and dog for a bike bivi some time this summer, but and it's a big but..... I need your route help please.

We're based on the North West of England and she hates camping but she is open to the idea of a wild bivi as a one off just to see what all the fuss is about.

The ride needs to be flat, very flat, non technical, not next to canals, no midges, it needs to be miles away from any built up area, safe, quiet and no more than 10 miles from the car.

I've a trailer so over loading with kit won't be a problem as she will need some home comforts.

We will only go if the weather is fanstastic with clear sky's.

Please help

Nice idea, we could also do Lynn Brenig.

Anyone else got any more thoughts please?

Heading west into Wales what about 1 of these.
Lon Las Cefni (flat) and a bivi in Newborough Forest on Anglesey (you can find somewhere quiet in there)?
Dolgellau - Mawddach Trail - Barmouth (for an ice cream) - beach ride north to bivi in the dunes south of Shell Island (away from campsite proper)?
Rhayader Cycle path to the dams - north to Penygarreg Reservoir to find a bivi spot in the woods near there?
Along Claerwen reservoir track from the last car park to the Teifi Pools (good if there is a clear night - no light pollution for star gazing!) - visit to nearby bothy at Claerddu if it all goes a bit pear-shaped?
