Heading from Norfolk if that's any help. Just me and my kit in a car.
Shame it isn't south wales else I would go London way, so as a suggestion I could pickup from Cambridge train station?
I'm heading out along A14 all the way to the M6 and across to Telford (M54).

Not sure if that helps or not :)

If I go and to be honest I'm 50/50 at the moment as it clashes with lots of things then I'll be setting off from West London at 4-5pm.

Will be travelling in an old Landy so should arrive just in time for the start.

I'll know by end of tomorrow.

That would be fine yep, it's no problem, I'd appreciate the company tbh, never done one of these events before, so you could spend the entire journey convincing me it is actually a good idea ;)

I'd be leaving sometime friday, returning sunday night probably. Although I haven't given it a huge amount of thought at this stage :D So pretty flexible/negotiable, I can take monday off no probs, and leave as early as lunchtime friday.

Sorted then, I'll drop you a mail.

Yeh I'm no mountain goat (being from Norfolk! lol), but never miss an opportunity to get over to the lumpier parts. No idea on the mileage either tbh, more interested in just having a bit of adventure and a laugh. Done some big road tours this year so hopefully won't be entirely off the boil. Happy to team up.
