Picture heavy
Arrived on Saturday morning to a little nervous tension in the air this year.
Maybe we weren't hung over from The Star pi$$ up the night before.
Numbers low because of Covid, Bear Bones Towers felt a little strange, But Stuart, Dee and the #crew did a great job as always.
Tea drunk, poor show talked, butties eaten, Raffle and weigh in prize giving done, a "feck off" from Stuart and we were away.
I rode with Sam, Mike, Jeff and Lee, until we found a lost Alex who's Dad was elsewhere on his own adventure so she hooked up with us making a happy gang of 6.
By Sunday evening we hooked up with Ben, Steve and Jason for the ride to find a suitable bivi spot........
But I was knackered and when Barney jumped out on us from a bush on a corner saying "there's flat bivi spots here" I was done for the day, I was joined my Lee and Jeff who's rear jockey wheel had exploded several miles back.
Up early Lee, Jeff and I left Barney for a nice ride back to Bear Bones towers, saying hello to Mike, Alex and Sam who had only just got up and back to Dee and Stuarts for cake and tea at a very early 9am and home for 12 noon and some brownie points in the bank from the wife.
Thanks to everyone and for Mike for picking up my front through axle that I forgot to load in the car and taking it home after I left it in the grass by the side of the car.
Pictures in order

60lbs (too much Stans in my tyres and heavy Scouse water I guess - must to much better next year

Teat___

And at home

Plus these two and a couple of smaller ones that I couldn't dig out without doing the tyres more damage
End stat's around 75 miles and over 9,500ft of ups and downs
