I just discovered a couple of Anquet DVDs. Pretty old now and I've no idea what version of Windows they'd run on.

Anquet Great Britain V06. 1:50k for the whole of GB.

Anquet Superscale Highlands - Harveys maps at 1;25K for various parts of Scotland.
