Just seeing whats available thats all. If anyone has anything special lying about. To go on the Ramin so to take 2.4ish tyres... maybe 2.2
None of that Mavic rubbish... Smooth bearings or at least some that just need a quick service etc

You top man Robbie... How much and what condition are they. 35 I assume is the rim width internal they refer to? How much?
Re: Wtd: Quick release 29er wheelset
Here is the original advert, I have choice of freehub and can remove the tyres as you might not want 3"?
I would say £260 without the tyres. Yes 35mm internal.

Re: Wtd: Quick release 29er wheelset
Shaf, I have an old QR Mavic front wheel. Cross trail or something.
I hear you about none of that Mavic rubbish, but it's in full working order and best of all....
it's totally free of charge.
I'd prefer collected but I can post it your cost, which makes it not free....
Oh, probably quite narrow but has run 2.2 no probs. Also, it's not designed as tubeless ready though but I suspect could be converted by the usual methods. It's 100mm hub.
Only a front though.

Re: Wtd: Quick release 29er wheelset
Thanks Dave. Probably a bit narrow for me as I plan to go with some 2.4 or 2.6. Really appreciate it though. Funny thing is that the Velocity front came with it but that would be better shod in some 2.8 and above...FLV wrote: ↑Sun Jan 24, 2021 12:53 pm Shaf, I have an old QR Mavic front wheel.
