What do folk prefer and why?

I'm leaning towards shorts at present so thought I'd see what you all thought?

Shorts for me.

Shorts here too ... although 3/4 length shorts aren't far off trousers on me

I was just looking at the 3/4s and looking at my legs and thinking 'we have a compromise!'

I made* some 3/4 shorts from lidl waterproof trousers. With long sealskins its trouser protection without most of the humidity. 110% of the looking daftness though.

I've bought 3/4 Humvees but I don't know where I'm going to find the courage to wear them in public. I may have to change into them about 20 mile from home where I'm unlikely to meet anyone who knows me :)

Shorts here. Yet to find a decent pair of longs to cycle in !!. Now theres a challenge for the forum dudes

Well I tried some 3/4 on and made my decision pretty quickly …

Shorts it is or I may well fall into the "gimley" role...
