Rapid repair puncture sealant

Evening all

Got given a couple of the 50ml nrg rapid puncture repair kits and like the idea of them.

My question is, are they any good for those emergency get you home moments and will a 50 ml can fill a road tyre or a mountain bike tyre??

I've used a few of the on-one 100ml ones and there is enough to keep a 29er tyre up in one of those. 50ml would probably being enough to get it going with a bit of manual inflation. Great bits of kit if you get a puncture somewhere muddy or its peeling down.
