Bit of a long shot but thought I'd ask.....

Does anyone happen to have a Surly 1x1 fork going spare that they would like to sell me?

Or Alternatively anything close? Doesn't have to be steel, some Exotic style carbon jobbies would do the trick.....

I need around 410mm - 420mm axle to crown, 40mm ish offset and a 1 1/8th steerer.....
