I've got a big Dales route in mind, just waiting for it to warm up and dry out a bit first.

Same for a point to point Sheffield > Peak > Holme Firth > Calderdale > home route, but thats going to take a bit of planning

Off up the lakes again next week so i want to do another camp if i get chance, maybe up on Parkamoor or in that forest at the start of singletrack.

Yes. Need to sort out a date and some dry weather, but its on the cards, although no promises on not having non-ridable sections ;) Diaries filling up already.

The mendips has tons of route most can be found on mbr and single track route guild.
As for dartmoor literally start on the southside from the train station then head north when you get to any main roads or town just go through to the other side of dart moor most of it is signed and camping is legit any where.
How ever if you are not sure of dartmoor yet leave it to may when I do it and il give you cordinates for my camp spot and you can make your own route to it or join in on mine if you would like
