Avid BB7 Brake Mount Adapters and Tri Align Boltsets

Short version.
Looking for:
2 x F180/R160 & 2 x F160/R140 IS mount adapters to suit Avid BB7 calipers.
4 x full sets of Tri Align bolts and washers. (One set comprises of: 1 x bolt, 2 x male conical washers and 2 x female conical washers.
Long version.
Have dusted off (not that they needed much, but it gave me a chance to do a full inspection) my 'new' BB7s - thanks to ScotRoutes. All's well? No!!!!!! Can't find my old mount adapters nor boltsets. I know I disposed of my old calipers because they were cooked, literally. Prolonged and excessive use had melted the adjustment dials and generally worn out pivots, springs, etc. But thought I'd kept the mounting hardware. Couple of hours fruitless searching and apparently not. Hence my request.
