How about a thread for films to watch whilst this nonsense is going on?
Not bike related but plenty of bothy action, one of my favourite YT discoveries ...

If you like winter stuff, so following on from Bob
Yukon Quest - Spirit of the North
The Great Alone
Both on prime, if you have to pick one, then perhaps the second one
Another good one if you like animation is A cat in Paris, brilliant film, watched it several times with my 5 year old
Dirt bag - legend of Fred Beckey
Wide Boyz
Klunkerz (warning - this will make you miss riding!)
Tough Rides (China or India) are worth watching, think of two wet brothers heading out in their bikes to see either country. They’re a bit wet, they’re a bit annoying but they’re out there doing it. Will pass several nights

Thanks for that. Seen some really good films at Banff over the years on some surprising outdoor themes. Will hunt through. Ta.

"The World's Fastest Indian", nice film with an against the odds feelgood factor, just what you need to cheer yourself up in these dark times (and it has motorbikes in it which has to be a good thing, right?)

Ooh yeah, Worlds fastest Indian. Even if you have absolutely no interest in bikes of the motor kind, 'tis a very good film and a true story too.

In my last job (digital STBs) we had a contract with a company in the same field. I'd a task to test their YouTube implementation. One of the tests was duration, the app had to be stable for a minimum of 12hrs. So at the end of each day I'd find a suitable video, usually climbing or cycling, start that going then click the autoplay button and turn off the TV so I didn't get distracted. I'd come back every morning to find it play a BarbieWorld video

Not kittens, not porn but bloody BarbieWorld!

The Guard - An Irish police sergeant in a sleepy seaside town gets caught up in international drug smuggling. Excellent story and cast.
The Way - A father walks the Camino de Santiago after his son dies.
Black 47 - A former soldier wreaks revenge for his family in famine-era Ireland. Imagine Rambo with actual dialogue in the 1840s and you won't be far wrong.
Thursday - A successful architect turns out to have a criminal past, which returns to haunt him at an inopportune moment.
