Hello. What size tyres wlll it clear (with / without guards)?
And what’s the odd looking dent by the front mech clamp??

Sorry for delay in replying...It will easily clear a 700x32 slick with mudguards, and for the TINAT audax in 2018 I had a pair of 37mm Schwalbe G-Ones (no 'guards) that fit with plenty of room to spare.
