:-bd so this route is set to see its second finisher hopefully sometime this evening. Im not going to say who yet that will all become clear once they have finished, im in total ore of the guy as when he finishes this evening not only will he be the 2nd one to get around it but also the bloody fastest! Im not sure what he is running on but i can say i think the time will stand for a good while yet.. last time i spoke he was looking at a good sub 3 day.
Fairplay that man, i know he got soaked and i imagine hes pretty battered as its a tough old route.

Ill buy that man a beer when i see him next

Surley the weather's not been bad enough? Plus if we're talking about the same person his tweets today give the impression he's not on a trip, but that could be a clever trick to put us off the scent?

Ooh, this is exciting  . Done back to back with WRT as well?? That WOULD be impressive. Bigger and shorter - squashed by a big rock en route?

It's definitely not me ,I can confirm if it's who I spoke with the bloke has got wings in his pedals ,plus I'm stuck under a truck at work at the moment contemplating if I have done enough work to cover my hours on shift and get my crawler board out and have a snooze

He does tend to go above abd beyond does Mr Barrington... Hasn't he done one of them 'worse than Everest' challenges where ypu keep riding well beyond the summit (40000ft or something) up one hill in one go.. :o

To put you out of your misery, I just finished. Started at Caersws at 5.30 am on Tuesday and finished at 1.20am this morning. It’s a fine ride, but epic, especially if the weather is a bit poor!
