The 2012 winter bivvy trip cooking award went to Ian ... smoked salmon for breakfast, that's posh.
No photos of the main course the previous night?
(Sirlion) beef teriyaki with red peppers, mushrooms and Udon noodles (and eaten with bothy-crafted hazel chopsticks) followed by proper Christmas pudding, steamed properly for 20 mins on my meths stove 8-)

Oh, and there was definely some snoring coming from over the other side of the bothy to where Steve, Mark and I were. Putting my ear plugs in at 12.30am was a good move - slept straight through until 6.30am.

Looks excellent - over night accomodation looks brilliant (worth dying for the location Stu?

) - another date to put in the calender for next year to get everyone out somewhere.

Here's the winner of 2012 pseudo middle class party food winter bivi award .

Although Ian lost marks for the presentation (At least I used a Spaceman plate), extra marks were gained for the making of chopsticks.

Des Res

Last tramp out, closes the door.
