Drop bar MTB/Monster cross set up

I used this set up on my Swift to see if it would work….. Which it did so I purchased hydraulic drops etc and this lot has sat since.

I started with road ratios and then tried MTB (cassette and mech change). The beauty of Shimano 9 speed is that road and MTB are comparable so you can create monster gearing.

The high rise stem brings the bars up to a more comfortable height.
