Myself and the young fella are planning a 10 trip in august looking for around 30-40 miles per day with pub/ cafe stops ( low mileage makes it a bit more fun for my son) really looking for any suggestions ,not to bothered where ( UK or Ireland) just something we can plod along and enjoy ,any knowledge would be welcome

Stu I'd jump on ferry and take him over to Normandy and do the coast over there its stunning and so easy to get by

Cheers Mike , he goes to Normandy on Monday and then onto Ypres for a history trip ,when he gets back I'll speak to him about it ,

Me and Hux have been a few times and its so good and relaxed pace with plenty of off road options if wanted or quiet lanes if not. Some cracking bivvy spots also. One of my fav is an old german gun emplacement right on the beach
