bothy stoves

Hi all
Whilst looking at the pics of peoples adventures to various Bothys, they appear to yave similar or the same stove installed
does any one know the manufacturer?

I think it depends on what the volunteers are prepared to carry to the bothy or maybe what they can source second hand and that will fit in the fireplace.

Ooh, their Firebug looks very similar but not the same as the stove in Nant Rhys.

All different BUT - there has been a recent move to "standardize" the stoves to - stoves that heat but don't look that nice (as most of the wood burning stoves are more cosmetic stoves i.e. looks over performance) that were fitted as that all that was free and available (as whitestone pointed out). It was on the MBA site as an article I remember reading.
So if a stove is beyond repair, the new type will be fitted - funds and access permitting apparently.

The stove at Warnscale was from the above company, and I believe so was that at Dubs
