Anybody tried one of these sleeping bag liners? What about just using inside a bivvy bag?

I've got one of the extreme, super dooper versions. Does seem to work well, I imagine in the right conditions you could use it without a sleeping bag. There's certainly plenty of room in it even for a big lad/lass.
