Am I missing something? - Hammock content

Came across this.
http://www.madtree.fi/napsack.html
After looking, I'm struggling to see that it's really any different to a 'normal' hammock and under quilt set-up ... apart from this seems a much more expensive way of going about it.
Have a missed something, have they reinvented the wheel?

I like it.
I'd love to have a go.
£360 for a full hammock with bug net, under quilt and top quilt. It can also be used on the ground(obviously with a mat). If the quality is good of all components, it's equivalent in price of a pretty decent modular setup.
Only thing I'm not sure about is the three tie off points. You'd need a fourth tree in the right place for your tarp otherwise you never have it central over the hammock. :?:

No tarp and bug net is an extra 50 Euros.
If it works I guess it's about the same price level as a pretty high quality "normal" hammock set up.
Looks like it's going to force you into sleeping on your back and potentially less "space". Seems a bit retrograde compared to all the positives / comfort that can be acheived with good hammocks nowadays.
Pretty sparse about rigging it, using tree straps, whether it's webbing or cord etc etc.
Saying all that, I guess it might be the best thing since sliced bread when you actually use it. Can't help feeling you'd be prone to overheating in it though.
EDIT - and the stated weight seems very low. One of Mat's full length underquilts in some fancy whisperlite (to me) fabric with 300g of fill is c.700g. I reckon the summer TQ is going to be similar so combining all that with sufficiently durable / strong fabric, suspension etc must have taken some doing to get to the weight stated on their site.
Go on Stu, just get one and tell us all about it

As much as I enjoy swinging about in the trees from time to time, I don't enjoy it that much

I'm hoping my new Trailstar will keep me happy for a while.
