That's right ... given the state of the weather and the seemingly never ending rain, I'm looking forward to the arrival of winter and everything it brings.

Apparently global warming is not going to make Britain warmer , what it is going to do is give us wet summers . If this is just the start then I'd emmigrate now.......or take up white water canoeing! PS. I hate the winter, get up in the dark, go to bed in the dark then. If we had snow that stayed for a decent length of time I'd take up snowboarding and probably enjoy it more.

I am! I really like the cold and, with a decent set of lights, the night riding can be a great added dimension. I really lost the 'fear' on M'n'B of solo night riding on unknown trails. Excellent!

So this talk of winter, does this mean I can buy a fatbike
