Im planning to go to exmoor and try to link up dartmoor for four days next week, i need to look over my maps and plan a route but does anyone know these areas and know of any good trails i should use. Im planning to use a micro tarp and bivy bag for the nights or should i take my tent ( midges ) are they a problem here as in wales i got eaten... well any advice sensible/stupid would be gratefull guys - need to get a trip in sitting round the house does my head in!! :)
