Cranked #23. In a plastic bag since the envelope had split but seems to have survived. Sure I recognise the bloke in one of the articles...

Re: The post man's been ...
It was begged ;-)
It's an old ex demo long tandem 2 seater for summer use with the wife.
I've a shorter test boat coming soon to review and let people have a go on as the companies UK guy is based down south he wants someone like me to hold demo stock in the North too. ;-)
The best one as its a bit shorter but can be used as a 2 seater that's on its way soon is the
Neris Smart Pro S which start around £1,100

In case anyone's wondering what the patches and badges look like:

"Life is better with a panda", "I can't adult today"

A fetching hi-viz windproof gilet from Polaris.
@Scotroutes Colin, this was my solution to the problem we discussed on another thread, of an Outdry being a great waterproof but not very visible. I figured rather than buy a new Outdry jacket, just get something lightweight to put over it, which doesn't need to have any fancy properties other than visibility. Will probably cut some slots in it so I can get to the jacket pockets, which is one of the things I really like about that jacket - excessive snack space.

A Royce square taper BB to pair with my trusty old Middleburn cranks.
The last one gave 15 years of service on one set of bearings.
I’ll be sending that one back for a refurb in the spring so I should be good till 2050!

She bought Crutons and an ice pick.
Strung him along for ages until she gave the real ones for younger viewer cruteons, are posh diced fried bread in soup. And ice pick used by great granny to break the ice at cocktail parties!
