I prefer traditional stout and porters to the "flavoured" varieties but currently enjoying a gallon or two of Badger's Master Stoat - The smell is glorious and the taste not far behind - It reminds me of a Thornton's coffee chocolate.
Oh, and yesterday I had one or two draught Guerilla stouts from Blue Monkey - Best stout I've ever had in a pub.

Haven't a clue, but the Black Lion in Leighton Buzzard just introduced me to the local delicacy that is...pickled egg squished up in a bag of cheese and onion crisps...
So wrong...but ooohhh: soooo right
I blame the dog: he kept dragging us into pubs...it's taken 5 hours to walk 2 miles

Currently sat baking in the sun supping ice cold Coors.
I know it is watery pish.... but it is very refreshing when the weather is nice.

Re: What are you drinking now?
Unfortunately the book is rather out of date - it even says Corris Slater's Arms is "unspoilt"

Re: What are you drinking now?
Concentrated - fair enough. You could Trailshot 440ml of streamwater into it then you'd have a 'normal' drink
.

Re: What are you drinking now?
Made the mistake of popping in to Eyam village shop on holiday. Very nice indeed. Even though I must admit I can't taste the rat flavouring.

Re: What are you drinking now?
I know this is (probably) more of an alcohol type thread (for which I almost got in trouble the other day by telling a client that I can't offer him an alcohol beverage due to personal reasons) but I found a lovely drink.
Usually get spots on my tongue with many dilute type drinks. But the 50/50 from Asda of High Juice White Grape and Peach, seems to be spot on for me. Got myself a second bottle and regularly been using on my rides for fuel/hydration.

Re: What are you drinking now?
Just had a box of Dark ales & Stouts arrive from the Harbwr Brewery in Tenby
https://harbwr.wales/product/la-nossa-signora/ 5.0% ABV Milk Chocolate Orange Stout
https://harbwr.wales/product/rfa-sir-galahad-2/ 4.6% ABV Ruby Red Ale
https://harbwr.wales/product/trawlers-dread/ 5.4% ABV Seaweed Black IPA
We ordered 3 boxes.... apparently 2 got damaged in the warehouse ....
yeah right! try not labelling them with Harbwr Brewery tape maybe!
The other 2 will apparently come tomorrow ... and they're 'hers', some grapefruit Waterwitch ale she really liked...

Last night, this.

Oof. So good. Bonus, my camping mug still had a trace of the taste this morning, which made my coffee that little bit extra.
Slept like a baby, too.
