I know there's a few people here use Conti X-Kings. BikeDiscount.de have 29" Racesport versions for £24.75 at the moment, ordered a pair today.

I know ziploc bags are the ultralight choice, but if you want something a bit more robust, these four 60ml storage bottles are under £1 at Go Outdoors.
Not for home delivery though, so you'll have to hope they've got them in your local store for collection.

*edit, just noticed you said Buildbars, I froze the standard Clif bar, but sure it would work for anything not too moist
