Took a punt on one of these Crikey, how much vest when it was half-price.

http://www.Crikey, how much.cc/gb/en/shop/pro-team ... ct/PBS01SS

To be honest, since it arrived I haven't known what to do with it! Can't imagine it will keep me warmer or cooler. Suppose I could always wear it the next time Rocky Horror is on...

Fancy that, the swear filter even works inside URL's... :geek:

Anyway... a medium sized box from Germany today containing a flat mount to post mount adapter. Yet another disc adapter "standard", yay

Couldn't get one for love nor money over here...

But it means I have managed to fit the Lauf to the Stooshie tonight, yay :-bd

Good stuff, thanks Tim. They look ideal, both for the bottom and top of the poles!

Is that there to rub a hole in your tarp Reg or simply to remove any DWR coating?

My Stu-recommended emergency wine-carrier backpack has arrived. 63g. Amazing. And doubles up as a bivi bag for your pet dog (only chihuahuas need apply).

The "get the bastard cooking by the trail" conspiracy increased in tempo today...with the arrival of stove, stand, snowpeak 450 cup and bag. Stove weighs in at a hefty 11g. (scroll for exploded view). Non-bikepacking stuff arrived too...including a Boss DS-1 LE 40th anniversary distortion pedal...it's been a long, long time between stomps.

PHD Minim 200 no-zip - no extras race bag.

SOL emergency bivi.

Black Diamond Ion.

Stripping away the last of the grammes on the MM kit for this year. On paper, pack looks to weigh <3kg with my half of team kit and my food :-bd

Ready for the Summer... Chain reaction box when I got home. TLD summer short sleeved jersey and an Endura Pakajak.

Goes nicely with the Westcountry Way guide. :-)

Just popped in at Alpkit on way elsewhere.... thanks for the tea Connie... ordered a custom Koala, different strap config and additional stiffeners... helpfulness 10/10... but I've got my tenses mixed up (Dr Dan Streetmentioner will have been going to be proud of me)... 'The Postman hasn't been yet but will have been by WRT'...

I've got the Minim - recommended by Stu a couple of years ago. It's a good bag, I'm a warm sleeper so it does me a bit below the given rating. I've also got a SOL bivy bag, I'm 5'11" and can just about get complete coverage but if it's for an MM then I suppose it's really emergency kit and not a go to bivy bag.

We bought a few harnesses as a set from Triglav... they are superb.... even embroidered the Club name on FOC.
Very pleased with them.
Might be in the market for a pole from Stu too... ;)

It's an SMP. Like saddles in general, if you get the right model then it's comfort heaven.
