My current plan is to leave BA Friday afternoon aiming to get to Glenmore for a lochside bivvy and a couple of pots in the PM. Aiming for dinner (and more beer) in the OBI Saturday night and a bivvy between there and Forest Lodge.

The OBI is just off-route as you go through Inverdruie. Turn left and follow the NCN7 signs.

thanks colin i think i passed it thinking about it last time when i had to get new brake pads from the bike shop in town. Man that cairngorm grit eats pads when wet!!

The thing I've noticed since moving here (and that wasn't a thing previously) is jockey wheels getting worn quickly.
