A pair of Monitor Audio Bronze 6 speakers have just arrived for Dee. I thought bike bits could be pricey, should come into their own pumping out the Jive Bunny at Bearstock.
Just so you know, they were delivered by a bloke with a beard, so I'm not that intere

A rather nice pair of Travers Prong forks off Malcolm (brother smith) - just what I need for the Rooster - 35mm rimmed wheels and a tubeless set up next!

Glad to hear you got them ok Steve.
I got my Ti Stooge curtasy of Bryan (Zigrat) and a lovely set of RaceFace Next SL cranks in CRC sale to put on it. Spent the day building it up, just need to fit longer brake hose and cut steerer tube. I am a very happy boy

Took delivery of a nearly new On-One Fatty Trail last week from a nice chap on STW. It's only had a couple of short rides so far, one of which was marred by a largely unsuccessful tubeless experiment, and it hasn't changed my life yet. But you never know ...

New tarp. Hopefully I'll get on with this one better than the bicycle 3.5.

Pair of M9020 XTR trail pedals from Wiggle - 31% off. Still a bit ridiculous(*) of course. And they don't have gold bling on like the old 985s, so where's the fun in that eh?
Why new ones anyway - because one of my 3-yr old M985s fell to pieces the other day, luckily not uphill or I'd've ripped my bits off. Transpires there's loads of recorded M985 failures. So I'm stupid enough to buy them again ;-).
Also 14mm combi spanner, 1/4" socket driver and some Bikeability badges. But that's not important right now as they would say on Police Squad.
"Reg"
(*) Ok, a lot ridiculous

Ordered a Lion and Lioness while Beth, Ian and family where travelling back from Scotland on that good old t'internet
Email from Beth yesterday and they arrived this morning (Tuesday)

I'm now 100% Wildcat with my bike luggage choice, including their all new super light dry bags.
I never got on with my Alpkit Kanga as it was just too tall for my non suspended bikes, I feel they are designed "normal" suspension forks
This Lion fits my rigid fork short headset perfectly
I feel a blog coming on, after this weekends Lakeland ride

Some superstar organic pads, because I'm sick of screeching and expensive sintered ones that don't stop me. Hopefully they will last reasonably well
