04/01/19 - 70.0kg
---
26/04/19 - 68.4kg (-0.2kg)
17/05/19 - 67.6kg (-0.8kg)
Sadly that's all muscle loss. I've been struggling a bit with depression and not really doing a lot. Hoping I can get myself out on the bike to help me feel a bit better.

03/05 70.0 (154.3)
10/05 69.7 (153.7)
17/05 69.9 (154.1)
Still hovering around the 11 stone mark and not going lower. Too much junk eating though the exercise levels have picked up.

Re: Fatfighters 2019 Weigh-in Thread
1.5.19: 80.7kg
17.5.19: 78.8kg
Have been back on the wagon for a couple of weeks and am the right side of 89kg again.
Next target is end of June for a rematch at the B159 ITT. 75kg would be ideal.

Got all those and all successfully entered into the 'spreadsheet of barely perceptible undulation'
Down another 0.5kg for me this week.
Ridden everyday this week and feeling like I'm slowly approaching 'bike-capable' (though still a way away from 'bike-fit') just in time for Tuscany.
Keep on truckin' everyone and see you on the trails.....

Maybe it needs three charts?
One for the featherweights, another for the lightweights and then a final one for normal people.

Yeah, next time I do a graphic that's not a bad idea as it's nice to see some movement in the line, no?

Re: Fatfighters 2019 Weigh-in Thread
Breakthrough this afyernoon when i stood on scales..
84.6kg (never been under 85kg for the last many many many years and generally sit around 90kg)
Maybe the last 12 days or so of fasting might be something to do with it (20ish hours with no food nor water

Re: Fatfighters 2019 Weigh-in Thread
IF works great for me. I'd still be upwards of 80kg if I didn't.
The water aspect is unnecessary though, unless you're a Muslim doing Ramadan.

I assume you've laid down an equivalent challenge - or at least lined up a significant reward?NorwayCalling wrote: ↑Tue May 21, 2019 8:43 am a challenge has been put down (by Mrs NorwayCalling) and 80.0kg the new target by November!

17/05 156.2 / 70.85
24/05 154.0 / 69.85
I've somehow lost more weight this week. Not much exercise on account of the rather shitty weather and not really aware of being careful with calorie intake. That takes me below my stretch goal of 70kg. I'm not quite sure where I go from here. Possibly the GP to find out if my weight loss is actually sickness related - or is that just my anxiety at work?

Virtually no exercise again. Life's getting on top of me a bit. Need to sort my sub standard out.
I've actually never seen myself looking so bad at this weight. All my muscle is just gone. =/

Re: Fatfighters 2019 Weigh-in Thread
Right. I'm back after a lengthy absence during which I seem to have ballooned to 101.5kg at my peak. That scared me. So I made some changes a few weeks ago, added more motion to my day and this morning tipped the scales at 98kg flat. Back. On. Track.
01.01.19 - 98.2kg
04.01.19 - 98.1kg.
11.01.19 - 99.0kg
18.01.19 - 97.9kg
25.01.19 - 98kg
03.02.19 - 97.6kg
10.02.19 - 96.9kg
01.03.19 - 97.9kg
Sometime in April - 101.5kg
24.5.19 - 98kg
01.01.19 - 98.2kg
04.01.19 - 98.1kg.

I'm just going outside ...

Re: Fatfighters 2019 Weigh-in Thread
Afternoon all,
Sorry for my tardiness in last weeks entries but life's been a tad chaotic of late.
Anyway, all is entered and nice to have you back on-board Mr Brown Dog
I'm no change for this week which is fine by me as I've been fairly immobile since the tail-end of last week when I re-re-re-buggered my back!
I've been massively dosed-up and visiting every flavour of healthcare professional I can lay my hands on in an effort to be able to get to Tuscany on Friday for this years Tuscany Trail and it's looking like I'll probably make the start but no idea if my useless body will hold itself together through 550km of gravel road fun - we'll see.....

Re: Fatfighters 2019 Weigh-in Thread
More of the same for me this week - which is nice (all things considered).
115kg
Supposed to be driving to Tuscany right now but, as per usual, I'm running behind schedule.
Still got an hour of work to finish and then get all my crap together, do the recycling, load up and get on the road.....
I'll update everyone's numbers when I get a chance.
Wish me luck*
*because I need it!

78.2kg: 24.5.19
77.8kg: 31.5.19
4 weeks left to go and 2.8kg to loose. 700g/week doable but need to apply myself a bit more to the task in hand.

85kg (before offloading*) and 84.2kg after off loading.
*I make that 0.8kg of food/fluid that the body processed in the last X amount of hours. Interesting as my last meal was ended** at 01:24 (of ready brek/unpasteurized milk and mushrooms/brown bread and water) and before that the main meal was 5 hours before when breaking the fast at around 2125 (of dates, one large and another small plate of lentil/chicken curry, lots of water and a couple mugs of freshly ground and filtered (Hario) Pact coffee).
**in prep for the days compulsory (for me) fasting of 19ish hours. Feels so nice giving the old gut a month of rest days

A bit of a blip this week. I blame the Missus for bringing a huge bar of chocolate back from her holiday for me.

Re: Fatfighters 2019 Weigh-in Thread
Just realised that all these months of being titrated up on my leveothyroxine dose I am now almost where I was when this thread started
On a positive note I guess that hopefully the exercise and efforts to eat sensibly will now result in weight loss rather than battling the weight gain from zero thyroid function
