Week 13 weigh-in tomorrow
will it be unlucky for some?
Post below and don't be afraid to jump back on the fatfighters wagon
I'm away for 2 weeks after that, won't be able to weigh-in or up date the spread sheet, but I'll give youse a nudge to do so yourselves and update everything when I'm back.

I've started using MyFitnessPal to track my eating habits and that's really helping. I also managed to get out on the bike a couple of times which is helping.

Good stuff
Yeh MFP is really helpful, especially when you've used it a while and your regular foods are on there so there's less scanning and adding up

208kg or 457lb?! WTF have you eaten in the last week??SeannyD wrote:208 Kg

I assume you mean 108kg??
Re: Fatfighters 2018 Weigh-in Thread
Down 2lb but I have cheated loads this week. Ive gotta try to curb my eating this next week otherwise no amount of riding is gonna compensate in the end.
Currently 16st 13lb so 21lb overall.

OK, got them. I'm off on holiday for 2 weeks so no records from me until I'm back, but I'll try to give youse a prod each friday and update the spread sheets when I'm back.
1 weeks family camp and MTB at Comrie Croft and 1 week with family and hopefully some MTB on the North York Moors with my brother. Hopefully not too many parmos!

Week 14 weigh-in tomorrow, don't go slacking just because I'm away
In other new I've just had it confirmed that my knee is buggered with osteoarthritis and I need a total knee replacement
55 week waiting list with NHS Grampian or pay £11k
No new bikes for me for some time....

Re: Fatfighters 2018 Weigh-in Thread

I've eaten fairly decently this week although decently might not be how you'd describe a 2l tub of ice cream, bag of do riots and 95g dairy milk in one sitting

Still working hard to ride every day this year. Already I'm nearly at day 100!
So to summarise last Friday 16st 13lb, today 16st 11lb.
2lb since Jan 1st.
Re: Fatfighters 2018 Weigh-in Thread
Well done guys.
Naffa well done on your 100 day cycling streak, you must have braved the worst of it for now, hope you get a nice summer of rides.
