That's a sweet ride Chris, is it a fixie or you just skipped the rear brake?

Thanks. It's fixed, front brake only. Been riding fixed on and off road for years, but this'll be my first fixed bikepacking trip. I blame Matt Chester.

Nothing on my back, could have done with black 8ltr dry bags on the forks instead of red 13lts oh well.

ok, i'm still fairly new to all this so no laughing...
couldn't decide exactly what to take, clothing was the main issue as i've only done overnight bivi's before, probably overkill but i'd rather have extra stuff as oppose to not enough. the camelbak looks bulky but thats only because my "evening wear" is in it (fleece, jacket and ron hills).
for all you STW people out there yes i know the paving etc. is very untidy but i don't care !

Here's my novice attempt - not channelling Nick, honest! And my bottle cage is appropriately filled (with a 1l Tetrapak of Spanish vino tinto :D )

Love the wine!
Here's mine. Not sure on the TT bars though. Might ditch them tomorrow

Hoping the plonk stays strapped in to the cage

'Course, if it does keep flying out, I may just have to neck it rather than let it go to waste
Bike looks fine to me, Dan.
Looking forward to meeting folks while milling around tomorrow, and getting a little damp over the course of the weekend...
