well hopefully the BB200 goes ok again single speed and i can redeem some of my now distinctly lacking single speed credability haha
might try this training lots thing though for next year if i do try the lakes 200 again single speed ... when that doesnt work i will get a new bb jersy with 22speeds george on the back
