Chicken breast without skin is 4-5% fat. I should have specified I suppose.
But yeah, you're right... unless people are planning on carrying cans of tuna with them. :D

You can get vacuum packed sachets of tuna, I got some in Asda yesterday (other supermarkets may be available), one was tuna steak and one was tuna flakes. The cost per Kg is quite high though.

I've never been a great fan of the stuff if I'm honest. I have seen the little flavoured packs though.
I can just about stomach it in a sandwich, but I'm not planning on taking a loaf of bread on my rides.

Funny story... I was involved in the RAI for the first two years, Alan the race director is a good mate of mine. Superb race too.
