I think my (eventually) positive experience with Exposure is probably the exception, not the rule, these days. But I don't doubt your suspicion about "the Islamic effect" as you call it That makes me more sad and angry than poor service does. Not to belittle it, but I suspect there are similar effects from gender, class, accent, etc. depending on the situation.

Digressing somewhat.

Having spoken to Exposure on Monday afternoon, they dispatched a light on an overnight service and it was delivered on Tuesday morning
Except it wasn't, because there was no-one in. Rearranged the delivery for yesterday. No sign of it, nor today. Rang the local depot - no answer. Emailed them: it's scheduled for delivery tomorrow It's going to be sunny tomorrow, so I'm off out. Good job I'm not in a rush for it.
