Berghaus Hyper Hydroshell Jacket or the current model. Packs to the size of a tennis ball, weighs nothing and is totally wind and rain proof. Only downside it it was £125 years ago, so no idea what they are now. It's paper thing and I wouldn't risk it on a brambly single track, but I has been used regularly over the years and it's still in as new condition.
