The strike is on 7th but you’ll be coming up on the 6th so you’ll miss it. It’ll only be a problem for getting home.. so stay a extra day and make it a two-nighter..

Thought it was 00:01 Fri 6th to 23:59 Sat 7th? Would have to come on Thursday then. Hmm..

At least Winter Bivvy weekend is still ok (so far!).

If it was summer I'd say to add an extra day and travel on Thursday to Shrewsbury, bivvi on Long Mynd after a bevvy in Church Stretton before a leisurely 40 miles or so over to Llanbrynmair on the Friday.

Lack of staff at work means I cannot make it now.
Sad for me, but it reduces the chance of rotten weather for the rest of you.
