Think I might as the ideal standard bivi doesn’t seem to exist.
We also talked about bug netting in the opening which would cost the same again.
I mentioned a regular, big toothed zip with storm flap but that was going to be about £50-ish

Have you looked at the MLD bivvy bags, bit spendy but I'm impressed with mine, had it a couple of years.
Just checked the price and they are alot spendy but still very good !!

Just got an email from the girl at alpkit, the waterproof zip will cost £50 fitted and the non waterproof zip with storm flap will be approx £70.
She can fit me in mid may

Just remembered, there's a girl on the wildcamping UK fb page who makes stuff and does alterations - looks top notch and reasonable £. Lucy maybe?
