Looks like the bus stops for 15 minutes in Fort William? That would give you time to run across to the NevisSport and get gas. Depends on the roads and what time the bus actually arrives into Ft William though.
This is genius. Last time I was on it , got in early.

Yep as I understand it no overnight stays allowed in Tier 3, hopefully Glasgow out by next w/e or I have to go via Edinburgh

Is it not just Glasgow council area? I.e not Greater Glasgow. Glasgow airport comes under East or West Renfrewshire, could stay there or you could head to East or West Dunbartonshire both are about 30-45minutes cycle from the city centre for any onward connection the next day.
