What neoprene cycling glove do people recommend?
I've had Endura and Sportful, both were essentially the same design and both very good.
For me if I know its wet but above around 7 degrees I will use Neoprene gloves. Below that cold affects them and closer to freezing they are not good.
I find the low temperatures, 0-5 and when it is raining really hard to get something that works.
My absolute favourite winter gloves are a fairly light pair by Gore but they are vaguely exciting and warm (when not wet) well below 0.

I used a set of the Aldi ones for ages but I wore through the palm after a winter of heavy use. Since then I got a pair of Enduras and they’ve lasted really well. The only problem I’ve ever found with them is if you have to take them off (like to go into a cafe or do any repairs) they get cold quickly and really rely on your hands having some heat left in them to heat them up. As a result, I’ve often taken a spare set of thin liner gloves for emergencies.
When you take them off, stick them in your bibs or next to your skin near the core.
Sounds cheap but latex gloves are great. You can wear them under normal gloves or over normal gloves depending on how cold or how wet it is. Take spare pairs though as they rip. More of an option for a long day ride or overnighted than commuting every day
